Otways Berrycello

One of the reasons I started the distillery was to capture all the beautiful and plentiful Otways produce and botanicals in this amazing part of Victoria.

Berries are one of our main fruits we are able to grow down here naturally.

We have been playing around and have made a delicious Otways Berrycello, using blueberries from @beechyberries, raspberries from @otwayfields and bramble berries from the little berry farm in Barwon downs. I love collaborating with our locals down here because then we can create and achieve so much together...

Looking and tasting this I think the taste and colour are subtle, sweet and easy to drink...
