Shiraz Gin

This Shiraz Gin is dedicated to my business partner/Distillery Dad – Wayne Bourke of Bathtub Gin fame. He is a multi talented man who has imparted much knowledge to me. I’d like to thank him for putting up with me, my dogs and my weird ideas and questions.

His kindness, inspiration and patience have helped me achieve my dreams of creating spirits using the produce of the Otways.

I absolutely hate waste of any kind. So when I had the opportunity of working with the award winning @dinnygoonan to use his pomace/press/skins from the 2022 Shiraz vintage to create a Mulled Wine Gin, I jumped at the opportunity. This Shiraz Winter Gin really hits the spot!

It’s spicy, warming and delicious even if I do say so myself!!! It’s a drink that warms you up on a cold weather day when taken straight up. It is unfiltered, so shake well. Serve it on ice with soda if you wish to enjoy it as a mixer.
