Our ‘rested’ gin, pink in colour from resting on fresh Australian cherries.

ABV: 42%

Sounds delicious and believe us it is! Just keep in mind this is not a sweet gin. We would describe this gin as a dry floral style, which does have a fruit driven element, but also plenty of juniper punching through.

Botanicals:

• juniper berries (plenty of them!)

• ginger

• coriander

• cardamon

• apple

• finger lime

Recommended garnish:

• grapefruit

• strawberry
