Blood and Damson Plums rested in our signature gin spirit and finished with Nutmeg, Cardamom & Ginger.
Our sloe gin is a delicious smooth warming gin, just like my scottish great grandmother’s spiced plum pudding.
Using Blood and Damson Plums from various farms in the Otways have been macerated slowly in gin to give the nice warmth.
I dedicate this to my beautiful Scottish great grandmother Sarah Ferguson. She was small, warm and dry and full of love for her family and life.
Serve chilled and/or on ice & you can add orange flavoured tonic.
