Ouzo

This dry old greek style ouzo is full of star anise and is perfect to sip on.

I dedicate this ouzo to my dear friend Sophie Mavridis, who was a beautiful, proud Melbourne Greek. She was one of the most generous souls I’ve ever known. She always shared her Greek drinks and food with all of her friends. It was her way of showing love.

Serve on ice and or you can add still water too.
