Our Tasting Room is finally open…

Without further ado… I’m so excited (and a little emotional!) to announce that the Otways Distillery Tasting Room is opening this weekend.

We’ll be serving tastings, cocktails, our full range of spirits, alongside local wines and a selection of beer. There’ll also be beautiful local nuts, cheeses, meats and grazing treats to enjoy while you sip and relax.

The past 3.5 years have been one of the most challenging journeys of my life — transforming an old burnt-out restaurant into what it is today has meant navigating permits, endless paperwork, obstacles, finances, time pressures… and plenty of moments that tested me in ways I won’t forget.

To everyone who worked alongside me, gave me their time, listened, encouraged, supported and believed in this dream — thank you. It truly hasn’t been easy, and I couldn’t have done it without you.

This is the place the Otways built. And now it’s yours to enjoy.

Opening Hours:

Thursday: 4pm – 6pm

Friday: 12pm – 6pm

Saturday: 10am – 7pm

Sunday: 10am – 4pm
